The Law Office of Kelley is firm of Real Estate Attorneys and Probate Attorneys with more than 41 years of combined experience. The firm was established by Kelley Hinsley in 1983. Mr. Hinsley focused his practice in the areas of Real Estate Law, Probate and Estate Administration, and Estate Planning. In 1992, Mr. Hinsley also started Heartland Title Services, Inc., a title and escrow company, which he is still the president of today.
As a well established and experienced attorney, Mr. Hinsley has represented clients in all aspects of real estate, including buying, selling, lease contracts, and boundary disputes just to name a few.
In 2012, I began working with Mr. Hinsley. I focus in the same areas as Mr. Hinsley as well as veterans benefits law.
I look forward to sharing our knowledge and experience in the areas of real estate law, probate and estate administration, business formation, elder law, estate planning, and veterans benefits.
